faulty goods - non refunded postage costs

I just want to share my recent experience of MissPap. I ordered an item of clothng from them that arrived with a big ladder in the fabric. The item was returned in its original condition as it had not even been tried on. The company have refused to refund any postage costs at all and I am now out of pocket by over £6. They are claiming that the item smelled of body odour even though it wasn't tried on. So unprofessional!! Beware of ordering anything from them.

This has to be the worst company I have ever ordered from. Customer service appalling. Dress I ordered arrived with a hole in it. Never got my refund despite emailing, trying to call and on social media. They replied to some of the emails but then they just ignored me. I did report the company to Trading Standards.

Would not recommend this site to anyone!! Returned my order over a month ago due to it being too big and still haven't recieved my refund even after customer services emailing me to tell me it would be done the next day over 2 weeks ago. They are now not replying to my emails.

I ordered clothes over two weeks ago now, they still haven't been delivered and I've sent numerous emails and tried to contact them on instagram and have one reply saying it has been delivered and they cannot help me! I have been trying to call and there's no answer, their customer service is terrible! I'm now out of pocket and have no clothes which I ordered for a special occasion! terrible!
