Ordered 2 pairs of boots about 3 weeks ago, emailed Scotts that they had sent the wrong colour for one and the size was also wrong for the other. Paid £2.99 to have them returned and in the mean time I ordered another 2 pairs. Got my money back for the first order but there was no reply to my email. Got the next Order but the colour was wrong again. How can they get the colour wrong again! I emailed them again telling them that I refused to pay the return fee for an incorrect order. Still no reply! Has anyone got any suggestions please.
