I returned a £150 dress on 9 November just because it was a little bit too big. I have emailed four times and rung twice but I still have not received my refund. There is an automated reply to the emails and I don't think they are read. Someone did call me back after one of my calls to say the refund would be with me in the next 3-5 days - that was 9 days ago! I am so disappointed as I think the dresses are lovely but I won't be buying anything from here again. I just don't have the time to keep chasing - and neither do I think I should have to.
