Fraudster Online services!

I am going through a terrible procedure with online CADENZZA store. I have returned one item costing ~£130 (total purchase £550) (2.5 months ago and they still have not refunded my money!! Initially they requested my bank account details as apparently they were unable to return it to my card (!!!) Then they simply disappeared. I have been going to the Canary Wharf physical store every day this week where I speak to the manager called BOGDA asking her to contact them and get a response. I am looking at my legal rights and options now - simply disgraceful. If i can deter someone from ordering online its worth the review. If you have to shop prefer the store themselves, they are seperate companies , the stores are much more professional.. PS: It took ages for the jewellery to arrive too. Doesnt worth the effort, and the risk. There are several other retailers who are striving to make a living and deal ethically with their customers, I wont be returning to cadenzza - rather obviously by my review
