Nightmare! I advise you to avoid this company.

I wanted a set of phones which had a simple, traditional ring, but was told that I couldn't listen to the display models. How could I find out what the ringtones were? The assistant said he was pretty sure they all had traditional rings, but if I bought them and found that they didn't, I could bring them back, so long as they were in the original packaging. I specifically asked if I could get my money back and not just an exchange. Again, I was assured that, provided they were in the packaging, that would be 'no problem'. You can guess what happened: the ringtone was not what I wanted, I took the phones back (properly packaged), was greeted by a very rude manager who originally said I couldn't bring things back just because I didn't like them and then relented, saying I could only have an exchange. She didn't care at all about - or maybe didn't believe - the promise I had been made just two days earlier.
Now I have a credit note for the shop, but would really rather never have dealings with the company again. All in all, it was probably the most unpleasant shopping experience I've ever had. I feel like I have been accused of lying about what the assistant told me and have no sense of my custom being of any value at all. Definitely a company to avoid!
