STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY! THEIR SERVICE IS ABSOLUTELY DIABOLICAL! I ordered my item on 3rd October and was told it would take between 2 and 4 weeks to arrive. After 2 weeks I asked if my order was dispatched, a lady called Sarah advised dispatch end of October. It is now the 1st of November and I still haven't received my order. Their email address doesn't work, their website is down, and when I message on Instagram.i am met with a very rude lady who decided to tell me my order will be dispatched next week... this would be 5 weeks of waiting! When I told her a lady called Sarah has been corresponding with me, she told me there was no sarah. So when i sent her a screenshot of my emails to sarah she replies with - oh sarah left! Hang on, I thought there was no sarah.... sarah is actually the director of the company so... they lied again! then I challenged her on the dispatch time and the length it has taken to respond to my messages. She then had the audacity to not even apologise for the wait but to then cancel my order and give me a refund AGAINST MY WISHES! I told her I will be reporting her to trading standards to which she said - because you're threatening us with trading standards I will not be sending you your order!

So YOUR COMPANY AND STAFF lie to me on several occasions... I say I'm going to go to trading standards because the way you operate isn't in line with consumer guidance and you have the gaul to turn round and tell ME that you're cancelling my order because YOU can't comply with trading standards rules?!? Do not order from this company. They do not send goods out, they don’t refund despite giving written confirmation via email that they will do so within 7-10 working days and then they ignore all correspondence when you try to resolve the issue, I paid for clothes in April and I’ve still not had a refund despite taking advice from bank and citizens advice.

No dresses no refunds, rude customer service and they pretend the orders were signed for but can't provide proof! Taken it further as iv proved that they have lied and reported to fraud.

Do not buy anything from them, will lost your money Ana positive reviews are FAKE.

Do not order anything, no refund no dress and they block me on instagram, seriously I have several accounts. I hope someone will close them.
