do not use full stop. there customer services are absolutely dire, and the most frustrating people ive ever had to deal with.
ordered kitchen island on 23rd july, paid in full, then told its out of stock. back in stock 4th sept.
then delivery scheduled and cancelled due to error of it being booked out with a one man crew.
so after 12 emails to delivery company, and 16 calls to leader stores who to date have taken 42mins to answer the phone despite you being told you are 1st in the queue? (cant work that one out at all)
then delivery changed to 23rd sept hey presto!!! first delivery so will be with by 7am.
well! we will see, today is 21st sept so until its in my kitchen I wont hold my breath.
so think twice before you order anything from LEADER STORES VIA AMETIS VIA GO LOGISTICS DELIVERY.
