I ordered two items from own the runway a few weeks ago, firstly I only ordered the second item because if I spend over £50 I got free next day delivery. The second annoyance was that I did not receive a confirmation E-mail telling me what I ordered, how much it was and an order number, also the website has no 'account' feature to look back on transactions like you would on ASOS.
I was very annoyed when my delivery did not come the next day. I contacted the customer services and they refunded me the cost of delivery which should have been free anyway but I was informed there was a 'dipatch error'.

The dress I ordered was unsuitable so I sent it back per the instructions (no free returns with this company either) and 2 weeks later still no acknowledgement of receiving my parcel and no refund in my account. I am in the process of chasing this up but all in all I had a bad experience with my only order from this company, they have been very slow and did not send me order confirmation or parcel tracking information. I will definately be sticking to ASOS in the future.

initially ordered a size 8 jumper  which was available on website.rang me up stating they had no size 8,s in stock but had size 10 which were small fitting so i went with that. when the jumper arrived it was size 12 and massive.i rang them up and explained what had happened and they said post it back recorded delivery for full refund including postage costs.cost of jumper was refunded but not postage costs. they lied on website, lied on the phone to get me to buy garment then lied regarding refunding postage costs. avoid them if i were you , i certainly am 

The website is fine but the quality of clothes is poor. I ordered some chinos, wore them once, washed them like label insrtucted and they shrunk! They have ended up in a recycle bin sadly and i won\'t buy from them again, waste of money. Also I ordered several items but received no returns instruction so had to look up their address and post back at my own expense.

They take my money and do not bother to send me my items and when I have contacted them they are not interested.

They've taken my money and 15 days later still no delivery. DO NOT ORDER from them. I paid via Paypal so I have opened a dispute with them
