I purchased some items from rarelondon.com, and some of them did not fit me. So I tried to contact customer service to ask them a few questions about the returns, because I had some doubts that the site couldn't help me solve. I received an automatic email from them, telling me they would've taken my request under consideration, but I never heard from them again. When I tried to make another purchase I was told that it was not available for me to buy anything, even if I tried more than once.
Bad experience. I find their stuff really nice, but it's not a very good website and it has terrible customer service.
