I ordered matching chest of drawers & wardrobe nice & early for my family coming to stay over Easter. I was excited for them arriving on 22nd March but they both arrived badly damaged! The wardrobe looked much smaller than it had on-line so when I rang to tell them about the damage they arranged to send me the larger one on 25th March. They arrived as promised & the drawers were ok but the wardrobe was again badly damaged. I rang & was told another would arrive Tuesday 28th March but when I hadn't received any email regarding delivery I rang to be told it was out of stock & would be one to two weeks. I was so disappointed. A third wardrobe arrived after nearly two weeks but was again badly damaged!! Customer services assured me that the next one would be checked prior to delivery. It was going to arrive the same day as my visitors but it didn't & when I got through to customer services the girl I spoke to had no empathy & like a robot just kept repeating 'it's scheduled for tomoro' . Her attitude made me angrier than ever & im really not a person who gets angry. When the 4th wardrobe did arrived it was the wrong one & again badly damaged!!!(so much for them checking it) I'd stopped being upset by this time as my visitors were already here & id given up any hope of having the furniture for them. I asked for a refund & for the first time in this tedious saga I spoke to a very helpful young man who refunded me my money straight away.
