What a disgrace of a company. This is the first and last time that I will be using In The Style and I will be warning family and friends to avoid it as well; DO NOT USE THIS SITE UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES!!!
I ordered £60 worth of items on November 10th and returned it November 25th - I have not received a confirmation email that they have received my parcel and that my refund is being processed.
I would not have even had a look on the site or known about the company if it wasn’t for the likes of reality stars promoting their business saying how good it is and even promoting their own range on a site that has no consideration for its customers leaving them disappointed and angry when there are problems with their orders!
There is no communication or customer care whatsoever. I have rang the number from the website on multiple occasions to receive an ‘engaged tone’ (it cannot have been engaged every single time I rang!!) and normally when ringing a customer service helpline you get options to choose from. I have also emailed FIVE times receiving only one response to my second email with Elizabeth ensuring me that ‘she will make sure she replies to me from now on and that she will keep a tab on my emails so I am not left in the dark if I have further troubles’…this has not happened. I still have no idea if they have received my parcel or when the refund will be in my account.
I understand it is coming up to Christmas and there is more of a demand however I have been using other sites in which I have returned items and they have let me know when they have received my return and that I will be getting back my money . There is no excuse for poor customer service no matter what time of year.

any green review in the last month HAS to be fake. I never normally review shops but the service is so poor that i feel the need to warn others. One glance at the comments on their facebook page will show you this. I ordered 13 days ago and items still not despatched. Sent many emails and no reply. The company has told those complaining on facebook that they are extremely buSy yet they seem to continuously advertising fOr more sales making more of a back log.there is no notice on their site to warN peOple of the problem. All i want is a simple reply. They have taken many many peoples money and not provided the service. I actually asked for my xmas money early to buy on their black friday offer so i had xmas outfits and im afraid im not going to get these. Dont bother with them. Not trust worthy. I dont even know if ill get any items or a refund as ive been ignored.

I am totally disappointed by this company... j bought a crop top and skort. when it arrived I didn't bother even trying it on because it was unsuitable and didn't look like anything on the pictures. so i put it all back in the seperate bags it came in and checked before I put it in the bag that I didn't mark it. I made sure my hands were clean because it was white. I think anyone would when they buy and/or wear white clothes.
I got an email today stating that I will get a refund on one of the items. funnily enough the cheapest item. the other item was worth more, apparantly had a stain on it. how I don't know? I'm thinking that because it is worth more they don't want to return it because it's a loss.
I even had to pay to send my return to them. which is now getting sent back to me. which I don't care for or am ever going to wear.
there excuse was 'all their clothes get quality checked' before sending.
this I don't believe because I know I didn't mark it. I will never buy from in the style again.
