I will never use Chums again after costing me £11. 54 in phone charges ordering 2 pairs of jeans which were the wrong size on delivery.
What made it worse was their customer services is not responding to my complaint. A bunch of incompetents, supplying cheap goods to customers they have little regard to providing any form of customer relations.
