Worst company I have dealt with online product tracker works well but product never actually made it to the courier. Product supposed to arrive within 5 days but was waiting for 10 days with no contact from the company to explain why it was late in the end I contacted them to ask where it was they replied with wait a few more days even though the product never even made it to the courier. After 2weeks I gave up and emailed them again, they responded quickly but said they were sorry and to fill out a claim. The phone line is 10 pence a minute. Do not use I will never be using this very poorly run company again.
