Unfortunately i was a loyal customer of Oliver Bonas but after ordering a dress online well in advance for my sons christening i wont be anymore. First dress arrived after 8 days but wrong size, called and replacement promised next day, never arrived, left it two days called again (took two hours to get through to someone) said they would track it with royal mail and call back, never did. It got to two days before the christening and i called back to ask for another to be sent out, dress out of stock, another chosen and i was told it would be couriered to me in time. I waited in all day and it never came. Christening tomorrow. No dress. Cheers Oliver Bonas, very much!
