Shops Like Euro Car Parts

Navigating website and initial purchase were very easy, and the part I needed was extremely cheap compared to other stockists. That's where the good news ended. 

Won't bore you with the details but 5 days after I paid extra for 'next day delivery' the part finally arrived.

ECP Customer support were useless and all they could say was contact UPS. UPS kept failing to deliver. ECP refused to get involved and wouldn't allow delivery to their local store so I couldn't just pick it up from them. Delivery instructions were repeatedly ignored.  All in all, really disappointed. I just don't expect shoddy service like this these days.

I guess the old adage 'you get what you pay for' is still true. I'll pay extra and go elsewhere from now on.
