Shops Like Intimissimi

YOu might notice that there is no where to leave a product review on their website! ... you wondered why

In enthusiatically oredered few items, as they looked so good!
The quality was so poor, I couln't use either of them. Material and cut very poor - a rough lace I could not bare to ware it.

The worst part started after that- it took one whole hour on the phone to try to arrange return. Obviously I had to pay for that.
two months after that had not received any refund yet. I wrote to them and be told ( with a smile) that the refund has been processed: that day... 2 months after! .. and 15 pounds less that the order, in spite of the fact I had payed the return myself.
( but they were happy to tell me I had a 'voucher' for a free return next time)

.. Ther won't be one!!
